Delivery Conditions

We deliver within Germany and to selected EU countries. Shipping is handled by reliable shipping service providers (e.g. DHL, Hermes, UPS).

Unless otherwise stated, delivery within Germany will take place within 2–5 working days after receipt of payment. For other EU countries, delivery time may be 5–10 working days.

Should there be delays due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you immediately by email.

Shipping Costs

• Germany: Flat rate €4.90 per order

• Other EU countries: Flat rate €9.90 per order

• For orders over €50, shipping within Germany is free.

Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Delivery Information

• Delivery to parcel lockers within Germany is possible.

• Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly. For returns due to incorrect address information, we reserve the right to charge for re-shipping costs.

Transit Damage

Should items be delivered with obvious transit damage, please report this immediately to the delivery agent and contact us as soon as possible at info@nakas-fragrance.com.
